Up for sale, is this Flat Panel Stand / Stereo Stand with an African Mahogany top. Dimensions are 4′ x 20″ x 32″ tall and weight is about 180lbs. I am really happy with how it came out. The cabinet doors were slightly improved from the last design, and I went with a darker stain. Price is $1,250 + shipping, or pickup in Phoenix is free. Freight shipping to the West Coast is $280 and to the East Coast it’s $380. This is the first flat panel stand I’ve made that hasn’t been sold before it was finished. And I will have some different versions of this design available soon. (SOLD, BUT MAKING MORE)

This is the 3rd media console I’ve made for a customer. It has a walnut top with a lot of character. It looks like I’ll be making several more of these over the next month so get in line if you want one (I know I do)! Size is 4′ x 20″ x 32″ tall.
Here is another media console I just finished for a client. I changed a couple things from the first model I made which is different wood on the top (mahogany), and cast iron latches. Dimensions are 48″ x 17″ x 31.5″ tall which is a little more narrow than the other one I made. I do love how this came out with the minor changes. I HOPE to get enough time to make one for myself as I just sold the 3rd one which was going to be for me. Can’t keep em on the shelf!
Modeled after this industrial side table, this console table has a mahogany top with a vintage tung oil finish. It measures 36″ x 16.5″ x 30″ tall and was custom made for a client. It has a slightly rusted patina on the steel and has lots of rivets and bracing. Prices for this are around $575.

I keep getting calls about the caster wheels I use, people are asking where I get them. When I first started this business, I was doing the same thing which was trying to source old or antique caster wheels for my projects. I did find a couple on Ebay, but they were very expensive or not a full set. So I decided to buy new casters and distress them through various processes I discovered. And recently, I decided to start selling the casters I use on my furniture. My stock changes all the time, but I can get (or have) 4″, 5″, 6″, and 8″ casters.

I have a set of 5″ swivel casters for $180 + $20 shipping. They use a 3/4″ threaded stem, have upper and lower ball bearings, are rated to 300 lbs each, and are 6″ in total height. The wheels are made of cast iron and have a flat black paint job. The frame of the casters has a weathered patina with some light rust. These are brand new, just distressed by me. Below is a picture of the set and a desk that uses the same wheels. I stock these casters with brakes or locks. Feel free to contact me so I can check my stock here: Contact Form

Below is a set of heavy duty industrial 6″ cast iron caster wheels. The swiveling wheels are 2″ wide and are rated to 900 lbs each. They also have a weathered patina on the steel with small amounts of rust. These are brand new distressed casters. Weight is about 8 lbs each! Set of 4 is $160 + $30 shipping.
Below is a picture of a 6″ swiveling caster with brake ($45 each), 8″ rigid caster ($50 each), 4″ swiveling ($30 each), and a 6″ rigid caster ($35 each). All of these are heavy duty, and very heavy. My stock varies so contact me if you are interested. 602-322-1111, or use my Contact Form.

Just put this together for those looking for a quick tour of my work…
Vintage industrial 5 tier bookshelf on heavy duty 5″ cast iron caster wheels. This is the 3rd piece I’ve made in what I call the 308 Shelf. It measures 74″ tall x 12″ deep x 36″ wide. The shelves are made of solid 1.5″ thick African mahogany and have a vintage tung oil finish. The entire piece is aged to look mid-century and was inspired by the French industrial era. Priced at $995…
Here are a couple tables recently finished for customers. Both are custom versions of this table: French Industrial Coffee Table / Cart
The first table is gigundous at 5′ x 30″ x 18″ tall and the second table is the standard size but with legs instead of casters…
Theses cool tables were made for a department store sometime ago for display purposes. They sat in a box in the back and were never used so they are basically new. They do have some shelf wear with small bits of rust and some surface scuffing which adds to the look. Dimensions are 48″ x 24″ x 18″ tall which is the perfect coffee table. The style looks mid-century modern and they are made of steel with a thick glossy clearcoat. Priced at $495 + $30 shipping – 4 available. Call Greg at 602-322-1111 to purchase.
Here is the finished Console Table. I finished the wood slightly darker than the last table. The African Mahogany is finished with tung oil and I love how it came out. This table could also be a short bookshelf or you could add a shelf or two and make it a full size bookshelf. The 5″ casters make it easy to move around and are gentle on flooring. Dimensions are 4′ x 14″ x 30″ tall and it weighs in at 61lbs. Priced at $595. Shipping: West Coast $75, East Coast $100
I also snapped a picture without the top shelf added because it looks like it would make a nice bench or narrow coffee table.
I finally got my European hardware order and finished what I call the 308 Shelf. I got this idea from a piece Wisteria used to sell a few years back but made some changes to the design and came up with this side table. It’s the size of an end table, but would work as a small shelf or rolling cart. It has a vintage French Industrial feel to it. Dimensions are 14″ x 22″ x 23″ tall and it weighs 37lbs. The wood is solid 1.5″ thick African mahogany with a vintage stain on it and I think this hardwood is GORGEOUS. And the iron has a vintage galvanized patina. The 4″ casters have locks to hold it in place.
Priced at $450 in this size. Next I’ll be making a console table size at 4′ x 14″ x 30″ tall.
Here are a couple examples of custom Brooklyn tables I made for a customer. The side table is 20″ x 20″ x 23″ tall and the square coffee table is 32″ x 32″ x 18″ tall. The customer wanted legs instead of caster wheels. I’m really happy with how they came out!
One of my first customers opened their doors a couple weeks ago (story here). Now New Yorkers can see my work in person and get a 5 star dessert at the same place. Most of my pieces have shipped to New York, and since my shop is in Arizona, I hope this helps those in NY with their purchases. So if you are curious about my work, stop by, take a look, and get some dessert. Also, this customer did the stain and finish on the wood themselves which goes well with their maple benches. The benches were not my work, just the 5 cafe tables.
On another note, it seems my website is getting some decent traffic from people searching for vintage/industrial furniture. Last weekend my site reached 10,000 hits.
Here are some examples of antique French furniture reproductions that I have done. I have a big picture database of mostly antique French industrial furniture pieces that I keep to inspire me. You are welcome to take a look at it and if there is something you like, let me know and maybe I can make it for you: French Industrial Furniture That Inspires Me
Below, the first piece is the original French piece, and the second is my version.
I made this to resemble a tool stand from a mid-century industrial factory. After some research and experimenting , I came up with a new dark stain for this piece and I love it. It has a real vintage look to it with lots of character, and so I named it the “Grandpa Stain”. The riveted iron frame has been distressed to give it a good “been in factory for a while” look. And it has a metal lower shelf which has been riveted in to the frame. It measures 26″ tall x 16″ x 16″.
