I was going through all the Ellis consoles we’ve made. There’s been a lot of them! So I put together an album and slideshow with some of my favorites. We’ve built them as coffee tables, media consoles, point of sale stations for restaurants, hostess stands, side tables, night stands, dressers, filing cabinets, sideboards, as a hutch, kitchen island, and more. Just finished a job for an office. All of the pieces were customized in some fashion and include desks, worktables, a conference table, file cabinets, and more. These were a blending of several designs: I Beam, Crank Table, Ellis, Bolted Table, and our riveted top. We used cherry, walnut and mahogany for the tops. These pieces are a good example of how we can customize pieces for clients.
Here are some pieces we finished this week for Futurezoom, a new company specializing in online review management. If you’re looking to increase your online presence, take a look at their site, it’s a great idea.
Double drawer vintage industrial filing cabinet – 34″ tall x 16″ wide x 27″ deep. Makes a unique side table and fits legal or letter size files with room to spare inside. The drawers were salvaged from an old filing cabinet and the rest was handmade. Available in custom sizes, finishes, with casters, and different drawer combinations. Heavy duty, solid design built to last!
Took some pictures of some new designs just finished. Includes a couple filing cabinets made with some new and salvaged steel, an NYC kitchen table which weighs in around 150 lbs, and a new Brooklyn design.
